Manual Library

I've had this idea to make available the manuals I have lying around. The plan is to scan these manuals and make them available to those who need to reference them. Sure, many owners/restorers will already have what they need but just in case a copy can't be sourced or only a section is needed, perhaps the scans will come in handy.

At present I only have the operator's handbook and the big manual for the KMO range; the handbook for diesel-engined TKs and several TK/TJ service training manuals for various components and sub-assemblies. I'll put up a list of the titles as an ad on the right-hand side. This will make it easy to update.

    1. Hello From Germany !!

I am going to fix a Royal Air Force "Tower Wagon" with a Bedford 214 cu Petrol Engine. I got now all bits and pices, after the distributor and all cabels where stolen. What I need to know is, where the position for the first cylinder on/at the distibutor is.

Thanks in advance and all the best

  6. In desperation I found the caterpillar equivelent to KING PIN BEARING/ TK Bedford 68-76. If no Bedford part in your part of the world 1M-3909 is CATERPILLAR part number for King Pin bearings. Sizes good, grease hole lines up.

  8. Hello Andy
I have a 1985 Bedford PJK with TL running gear.
It hasn't moved in many a year and I need to get it running now.
The air brakes aren't working and I wondered whether you had any literature that may be helpful to me please?
I'd be very grateful for any help you can offer.
    Thanks and warm wishes
